Welcome to the COLTENE Media and Financial Analyst Conference covering the first half of 2026. I am Dominik Arnold, serving as Chief Executive Officer at COLTENE, and joining me for this discussion is Markus Abderhalden, our Chief Financial Officer.

As is customary, we begin by acknowledging the safe harbor statement. Turning to the structure of today’s session, I will first outline the primary highlights from the opening six months of the year. Following that, Markus will provide a detailed examination of the financial results. I will then wrap up by sharing important takeaways along with our forward-looking perspective, after which we will open the floor for questions and responses.

From our perspective at COLTENE, the first half of the year delivered a steady performance that fell slightly short of our internal expectations. We essentially matched overall market expansion, meaning we maintained our competitive position without experiencing any notable erosion in market share. At the same time, we did not achieve the share gains that remain a central objective over the longer term. On the profitability front, results have not yet reached the levels we had targeted; however, margins showed clear sequential improvement across the recent quarters.

Looking ahead, we enter the second half of the year with greater momentum and assurance compared to the prior period. Several factors underpin this improved outlook. Our EBIT margin strengthened meaningfully during the second quarter. We maintained disciplined control over operating expenses and net working capital despite ongoing inflationary pressures. Early indications from our digital marketing initiatives are positive, and an increasing portion of revenue is now being driven by recently introduced products and workload solutions, with particular traction emerging in the infection control segment.

From an organizational standpoint, we are currently implementing several important structural adjustments, primarily within our marketing and sales functions. These changes are designed to enhance customer focus and strengthen our alignment with evolving market demands. By refining these areas, we aim to accelerate growth, improve responsiveness to client needs, and position the company for sustained competitive advantage in the periods ahead. Additional details on these initiatives and their expected impact will be shared as implementation progresses.
